Amenity Telehealth teams up with your apartment complex, making telehealth a fantastic new perk for your residents.

You announce this exciting new amenity to both new and renewing residents, letting them know it's included in their monthly rent.

Residents simply use a dedicated link we create specific to your complex to sign up for their Amenity Telehealth membership.

Each month, the membership fee is automatically included in the resident's rent payment, just like any other amenity fee.  The membership fee we charge residents ($15) is automatically included in their rent payment, simplifying the process for everyone. Here's the best part: you have the flexibility to set your own resident price for this amenity. For example, if you choose to charge residents $30 per month, the $15 spread becomes your profit.

When a resident moves out, you let us know by the 10th of the following month. We then adjust your monthly bill accordingly.

On or around the 20th of each month, Amenity Telehealth conveniently drafts our monthly membership fees directly from your complex.
